Our design service

KINGDOM offers AI-guided design exploration followed by a personal consultation. The concepts, images, carat ranges, and price estimates generated on this site are indicative previews to help you explore a direction. They are not a final design, an exact representation, or a binding quotation.

Pricing & quotations

All on-site figures are estimates in Indonesian Rupiah ("juta" = millions). A firm, transparent quotation is confirmed in writing during your consultation, based on your final stone, metal, design complexity, and certification. No production begins until you have approved the design and quotation.

Orders & payment

Order terms — including any deposit, balance, and payment schedule — are agreed with you in writing before production. Because each piece is made to order, please confirm all details carefully before approving.

Made-to-order & bespoke items

Bespoke pieces are crafted specifically for you and are generally non-refundable once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or covered by our quality assurance.

Quality assurance

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your finished piece differs materially from the approved specification, contact us and we will make it right under the terms agreed at order.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the KINGDOM name, logo, and generated imagery — belongs to KINGDOM or its licensors. AI-generated previews carry the KINGDOM watermark and may not be presented as another party's work.
